Hello! Heather Hoffman here this morning to share a card using the adorable new Good Tidings to You stamp set – one from the new release that I hadn’t had a chance to play with yet…and it is SOOO CA-UTE!!!
I thought it would be fun to create some windows and have some of the cute images peeking through from the windows. I die cut 3 different size windows with a basic circle die from a panel of white cardstock, then lined up and stamped 3 of the cute images from the set behind the windows on a white cardbase.
I then had fun coloring in all those sweet critters, then added some sparkly Nuvo glitter drops on all the red parts of the image – I love the shine and sparkle that adds!
Once that dried, I stamped my sentiment on the front window panel, then adhered that with foam adhesive on the card – this gives it a bit of dimension which is fun with the windows.
Finally, for just a bit more sparkle, I added some coordinating green jewels sprinkled around on the card!
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day!!!
Hello! Heather Hoffman here this morning playing with some of the adorable holiday release – SOOO much cuteness to have create with! I had a blast using the darling All is Calm stamp set to create this fun and colorful card – I love mixing up and using fun and different color combinations for holiday cards, and I love how unexpected this color combo is!
I started off by heat embossing the image in white on white cardstock, then blended a rainbow of distress inks over the top to create an emboss resist, showing off the image underneath!
I heat embossed a sentiment from the set in white on black cardstock banner, then popped that up on foam adhesive on one side.
Finished off by matting the front panel with black cardstock, then mounted on a soft blue cardbase.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day!!!
I colored these sweet images using Copic Sketch markers. At first I was going for an inside themed card and then I remembered this cute snowman and well that changed it all for me. I went with an outside scene and this cute snowman peeking up behind just makes me smile.
I used a die cut for the background. I wanted a snowfall look and polka dots totally worked for me. I used foam adhesives to give my colored images some dimension. I also added a little white gel pen polka dots and strips here and there.
Next up I created this card using Evelin T. Designs: All Hallow’s Cuteness. I mean come on I am so in love with this set. Totally fun to color.
I used an embossing die for the background and added some Ranger Oxide ink for a bold fun background. I splashed some Copic opaque, water and black soot oxide ink on the background. The images are all colored with Copic Sketch markers and I adhered them to the card using foam adhesive.
That is all for today.
I hope you enjoyed both cards today. I love this time of year when I get to make Christmas and Halloween cards. Make sure to shop the new release HERE.
Happy Monday! I’m so excited to be posting on the Evelin T Designs blog with a card featuring the new stamp set All Hallow’s Cuteness. These Halloween illustrations are as cute as can be! I used the bird, bear, bunny and cat who are all ready for trick or treating in their costumes. It’s so easy to create scenes with these cuties.
I stamped all of the images and coloured them using Copic markers. Then I stamped the images again on masking paper and covered the coloured images so I could sponge the background with distress inks.
After all of the colouring and ink blending was done, I used shimmer mist to splatter the panel. It adds a feeling of ‘magic’ to the scene, as if the bear fairy and cat witch are casting a spell on the bunny. The shimmer is hard to capture on camera but is so pretty in person.

Hallo Everyone! Happy Monday to you and welcome to our September Release Blog Hop! I am so excited to share our NEW RELEASE with you and all the inspirations created by our Designers.
We have six new stamp sets in this Release and I can’t wait for you to HOP along to see what the Designers have created but first, here’s a look at the new release and what I have created with them
It features, you guessed it! cute little critters in Halloween costumes and it was easy to create this interactive card with the witchy kitty and its birdie friend.
I watercolored the background to create a night sky and added splashes of white gouache for stars. Then, I used colored pencils to add depth and highlights to the images I painted as well and fussy-cut them all to assemble this card.
For this card, I just eyeballed and freehand cut the hills that the pumpkins and kitty Dracula is standing on. Since one of my favorite medium is watercoloring, you can see that I once again painted and then used colored pencils to add dimension. I like how colored pencils add ‘live’ to the painted images. I fussy cut the pumpkins, little ghostie and bats and adhered them with dotliners and foam tape.
Then we are moving on to our Christmas stamps. All is Calm features a large stamp with matching sentiments.
I had a fun time coloring this image with the no-line coloring technique. I stamped the image with a light colored ink (I used Papertrey Ink’s Harvest Gold this time) and watercolored the image before adding colored pencils to create this effect. I also used a brown pen to dot the eyes and drew the little mouth on the bear hiding behind the tree and mountain of presents!
Fun in the Snow features penguins and bears having fun skiing.
I decided to create an interactive card with the images from this set as well. Because I have not invested in interactive dies yet (my bad!), I had to handcut all the elements to put this card together. It was not the easiest thing to do, but it’s do-able and thankfully, I was only making one card! I love how the penguin and the bear moves in opposite direction… they are so fun to slide around
Warm Winter Wishes is another fun set to illustrate and I can imagine a lot of fun card with this set too but let me just share one and let my Designers wow you with theirs when you HOP along.
For this CAS card, I watercolored the background and used colored pencils to draw the trees. Then I just painted and highlighted the images using colored pencils. No fussy-cutting with this card. Just a lot of fun painting and that’s it!
Another super fun card to make! I used distress inks to create a soft background and stamped the snowflakes onto it with a silver ink pad. Then I watercolored the stamped images and added colored pencils detailing again (do you see a pattern here? haha). Finally I added some shadows for the kitty and its mice friends with some grey colored pencil.

It is so heartbreaking to read about the devastation that Hurricane Dorian wrecked in the Bahamas.
